Monadic DNA Explorer Premium introduces a faster and more intuitive way to explore your genome without compromising on privacy. This release brings two major capabilities, Run All Analysis and LLM-Powered Genetic Chat, that work together to transform raw genotype data into meaningful insights while keeping your information where it belongs: on your device.

A complete genetic picture, instantly

Run All Analysis offers a comprehensive view of your genome. Instead of exploring traits one by one, your genetic file is processed against the entire GWAS Catalog of more than one million traits in a single operation. Everything happens locally in your browser, so your data never touches our servers. Within moments you can explore broad patterns, investigate areas of interest, and see your genetic landscape clearly.

Conversational insights powered by context

Premium introduces a new kind of interaction through LLM-Powered Genetic Chat. You can ask a question in natural language such as “How is my sleep profile?”, “What athletic traits stand out for me?”, or “What foods might I prefer?”. The system builds a personalized context window specific to your question. It uses semantic search to select as many as 500 relevant traits from your results, allowing the LLM to form a deep and multidimensional understanding of your genetic profile. The experience feels less like querying a tool and more like speaking with a knowledgeable guide who understands your data holistically.

Supporting documents such as health notes or lab summaries can also be uploaded to provide additional context. The model incorporates this information while preserving the privacy guarantees that define Monadic DNA Explorer.

Privacy first, always

Your genetic file remains on your device from the moment you upload it. Genotype processing, result generation, and data storage all occur locally. When an LLM is involved, the only information sent out is a compact text summary of the traits relevant to your question. Your raw genetics are never transmitted.

Both free and premium users can choose how their data is processed by selecting an LLM provider that matches their privacy preferences. Nillion’s nilAI uses secure enclaves that prevent Cloud operators from inspecting your data. Ollama allows you to run models entirely on your own hardware if you have 16 GB or more of video memory. HuggingFace provides access to a wide selection of cutting edge open-source models hosted in the Cloud for users who want flexibility and performance.

Personalized insights with local-first security

Premium allows you to add optional personal context such as ancestry, lifestyle information, or medical background. These details can make LLM answers more precise. All personalization data is encrypted with your password and stored locally. You choose when it is unlocked for analysis. With deeper context, the system can better interpret which genetic findings matter most for you.

New experimental capabilities

For users who want a synthesized, high-level view of their genetics, Premium includes early access to Overview Reports. This feature uses a map-reduce analysis pipeline to assemble insights across large sets of traits and generate a cohesive narrative summary. As this feature is experimental, performance and depth will continue to improve. Even today, it provides a more integrated interpretation of your genetics.

Monadic DNA Explorer includes advanced tools even in the free tier. Semantic search lets you explore the GWAS Catalog by meaning rather than keyword matching. Results can be exported and re-imported at any time. Study quality indicators help highlight statistically strong findings and guide your exploration. These features provide a solid foundation for anyone beginning their journey into personal genomics.

Simple and flexible pricing

Premium is available through credit or debit card subscriptions that can be managed directly inside the app. For users who prefer on-chain payments, stablecoins such as USDC, USDT, and DAI are supported across Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Polygon. Prepaid durations are determined by the amount sent, and there are no automatic renewals.
